Meet the founders
Adrian Cosman-Jones
Co-Founder/CEO
Adrian Cosman-Jones began his entrepreneurial journey in 2006 with the founding of Onsite Helper, a Managed Service Provider built to solve IT challenges for Small and Medium-sized Businesses.
With a strong focus on IT security, Adrian quickly recognised the potential of emerging cloud technologies. He adopted Google Workspace, then known as Google Apps for Your Domain, shortly after its launch in late 2006.
Under his leadership, Onsite Helper grew into a Google Cloud Premier Partner, delivering migrations, support, and trusted IT services to SMBs across Australia and beyond for more than 18 years.
Anurag Adhikari
Co-Founder/CISO
Anurag Adhikari began his professional journey in 2013 as a freelancer on platforms including Upwork and Fiverr, specialising in development, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
Since then, he has supported more than 200 clients worldwide with expertise spanning penetration testing, malware analysis, digital forensics, and incident response.
A TEDx organiser and holder of multiple security certifications — including CEH, eCPPT, and eCMAP — Anurag has also served as a Security Engineer at a major bank.
His experience across frameworks and standards such as Essential Eight, SMB1001, ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, and PCI DSS enables him to design practical, innovative, and comprehensive security solutions that protect organisations from every angle.

Kelvin Solano is a dedicated Cybersecurity Analyst at Sentry Cyber, focused on identifying threats, analysing vulnerabilities, and strengthening the security posture of our clients’ Google Workspace environments.
With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset, Kelvin specialises in continuous monitoring, threat detection, and incident analysis, ensuring potential risks are identified and addressed before they escalate. He plays a key role in safeguarding client environments by translating complex security data into clear, actionable insights.
Arbert De Lara
Head of Administration and Finance
Arbert De Lara is the Head of Finance and Administration, supporting the day-to-day flow of the business and helping keep everything running as it should.
His role combines finance, administration, and executive support, where he focuses on staying on top of the details, whether it’s keeping records in order, assisting with coordination, or making sure tasks are followed through. He plays an important part in keeping things organised and manageable behind the scenes.

Bikram Kharal
Senior Network Security Expert
Bikram specialises in offensive security and red teaming, bringing deep expertise in penetration testing and advanced attack simulation. As an OSCP-certified professional with additional credentials including CRTP, CRTA, eWPTXv2, CAP, and CNSP, he is instrumental in uncovering complex vulnerabilities and strengthening network defenses.
